Una norma que viene a sustituir a la normativa anterior de 1995.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta actualizaci\u00f3n, desarrollada por la Direcci\u00f3n General de Tr\u00e1fico (DGT) en colaboraci\u00f3n con el Ministerio de Industria, las Comunidades Aut\u00f3nomas y la Federaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de Veh\u00edculos Antiguos (FEVA), tiene como objetivo <strong>facilitar el proceso para clasificar los veh\u00edculos como hist\u00f3ricos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una buen\u00edsima noticia para los m\u00e1s propietarios de los 47 000 veh\u00edculos hist\u00f3ricos que existen actualmente registrados en la DGT. Cifra que pasar\u00e1 a ser de 120 000 a lo largo de este a\u00f1o, gracias a la citada actualizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nuevo-rvh-menos-costes-y-tiempo-para-ser-declarado-vehiculo-historico\">Nuevo RVH: menos costes y tiempo para ser declarado veh\u00edculo hist\u00f3rico<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo m\u00e1s interesante para estos es que el nuevo reglamento r<strong>educe significativamente los costes y el tiempo necesarios para obtener la clasificaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Lo que antes resultaba prohibitivo, especialmente para motocicletas o ciclomotores, deja de serlo. Adem\u00e1s, <strong>se elimina el tr\u00e1mite de la Resoluci\u00f3n de Catalogaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, que sol\u00eda tener un coste adicional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El RVH establece dos categor\u00edas de veh\u00edculos: <strong>el grupo A, que incluye aquellos con m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os de antig\u00fcedad,<\/strong> matr\u00edcula espa\u00f1ola, sin modificaciones y con ITV vigente, y el <strong>grupo B, para veh\u00edculos importados o que han estado fuera de circulaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailybase.com\/es\/category\/coches\/\">coches<\/a><\/strong> del grupo A pueden ser clasificados como hist\u00f3ricos mediante una declaraci\u00f3n responsable, mientras que los del grupo B requieren un informe t\u00e9cnico antes de obtener su estatus hist\u00f3rico.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"480\" height=\"270\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dailybase.com\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2024\/10\/Reglamento-de-Vehiculos-Historicos-RVH.webp\" alt=\"Nuevo Reglamento de Veh\u00edculos Hist\u00f3ricos Espa\u00f1a.\" class=\"wp-image-1718\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.dailybase.com\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2024\/10\/Reglamento-de-Vehiculos-Historicos-RVH.webp 480w, https:\/\/www.dailybase.com\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2024\/10\/Reglamento-de-Vehiculos-Historicos-RVH-300x169.webp 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 480px) 100vw, 480px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Una de las grandes novedades del reglamento es la exenci\u00f3n de pasar la ITV para veh\u00edculos hist\u00f3ricos de m\u00e1s de 60 a\u00f1os, aunque sus propietarios pueden someterlos a inspecci\u00f3n voluntaria si as\u00ed lo desean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s,<strong> las revisiones de ITV para otros veh\u00edculos hist\u00f3ricos tendr\u00e1n una validez de 2 a 4 a\u00f1os,<\/strong> dependiendo de su antig\u00fcedad, y no se les exigir\u00e1 cumplir con normas modernas de seguridad si en su d\u00eda fueron matriculados sin esos elementos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eso s\u00ed, el uso de estos veh\u00edculos ser\u00e1 limitado a 96 d\u00edas al a\u00f1o<\/strong>, y los ayuntamientos podr\u00e1n permitir su circulaci\u00f3n en zonas de bajas emisiones para fomentar la conservaci\u00f3n del patrimonio automovil\u00edstico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No hay que olvidar que la nueva normativa busca <strong>equilibrar la preservaci\u00f3n de estos veh\u00edculos con su uso, permitiendo que sigan siendo parte activa del paisaje automovil\u00edstico.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Desde el pasado d\u00eda 1 de octubre de 2024, est\u00e1 en vigor el nuevo Reglamento de Veh\u00edculos Hist\u00f3ricos (RVH).
