Eso es el famoso <strong>gratitude walk o paseo de gratitud.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-que-es-el-paseo-de-gratitud\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el paseo de gratitud?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nada raro ni m\u00edstico: simplemente te das una vuelta \u2014por tu calle, el parque de al lado o incluso el pasillo de la oficina\u2014 y, <strong>mientras andas, piensas en todo lo bueno que tienes en tu vida<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puede ser algo grande como tu familia o tu salud, o detalles peque\u00f1os: ese caf\u00e9 que te salva las ma\u00f1anas, el colega que siempre te hace re\u00edr o incluso que hoy no ha llovido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-por-que-engancha-y-no-no-es-placebo\">Por qu\u00e9 engancha (y no, no es placebo)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Caminar ya de por s\u00ed<strong> ayuda a bajar el estr\u00e9s porque reduce el cortisol y sube las famosas hormonas de la felicidad <\/strong>(dopamina y serotonina).
