Even though most people love their 4 legged furry friends like a real baby, not all dogs are equally as nice! The XL Bully, considered to be one of the most dangerous dog breeds in the world, is one of those types of dogs. When not trained correctly, they’re more likely to become aggressive dogs. However, XL Bully dogs have an insane amount of strength in their jaws, which can cause bones to break when they bite! This is something an unfortunate 12-year-old kid in Wales discovered after she was attacked by one of these dogs.
XL Bully mauls arm of 12-year-old kid!
A 12-year-old girl and her dad were walking on the sidewalk in Nantyglo, Wales when an XL Bully ran towards the kid and started growling. The girl, who was scared of the dog, decided to try to run to her dad. However, as soon as she started running, the dog jumped on her and bit her arm.
After a second the dad was able to pull de dog off and wrestled with it, while the girl went onto the road to scream for help. Moments later, the owner of the dog, Justin Allison, came up but seemed unbothered as his dog was wrestling someone. Then, the girl led her dad to the owner; Justin was able to put a leash on the dog. After the attack, Justin Allison told the dad where he could find him if they wanted to pursue him.

The 12-year-old was taken to the hospital with horrific injuries to her arm. At the hospital, they performed surgeries to fix the arm. Doctors tried to make sure the girl could use it after the wounds healed. The physical wounds of the girl are healing well and won’t leave big long-term injuries. However, we don’t know the long-term psychological impact of this dog attack on the little girl!
Justin Allison illegally owned the Dog
Due to its dangerous nature, the XL Bully is an illegal dog breed to own in Wales. However, people who follow certain training can get an exemption certificate to own these dogs. When they do, they must follow strict rules when they go out on walks. Allison did not have the correct certificate to own the dog, so he had to hand the dog over. It is confirmed that the dog was put down after the incident.
