This Update comes with their newly released phones. The iPhone 16 was revealed at the event last week, but it was not as groundbreaking as people expected it to be. Multiple refreshes from older products, and the new software, iOS 18, were announced. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The next generation of Airpod Max headphones was announced, however, the only change they have is a USB-C charging port and new colours. When it <a href=\"http:\/\/its\"><strong>came to the new iPhone 16<\/strong><\/a>, all changes that were made, were mainly focused on professionals and not casual users. And some features, which were part of the selling point of the iPhone 16, are not even available yet! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-apple-intelligence-was-ios-18-s-biggest-feature\">Apple Intelligence was iOS 18&#8217;s biggest feature <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the first Apple event of the year Apple announced their integration of AI to their future models, called Apple AI. This would work together with ChatGPT, and give SIRI a boost in performance. Features like creating your own custom emojis, AI searches and much more, were promised to Apple users. <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dailybase.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2024\/09\/iOS-18-2.jpg\" alt=\"iOS 18 apps \" class=\"wp-image-2640\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.dailybase.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2024\/09\/iOS-18-2.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.dailybase.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2024\/09\/iOS-18-2-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.dailybase.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2024\/09\/iOS-18-2-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.dailybase.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2024\/09\/iOS-18-2-585x329.jpg 585w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>During the Apple event, they announced that the Apple Ai feature wasn&#8217;t going to be available in iOS 18. They immediately mentioned that it would only be added later on in a software update. This is a big turn-off for anyone who was waiting for these phones to come out and trade in their old phones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other features, which were talked about during the Apple event, will be available at launch. Normally the biggest feature is available on the launch date! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More and more brands are bringing out new devices, which aren&#8217;t ready on the release date. They then just promise to fix the small things in future updates. This has happened with games and other AI gadgets. Even though the products aren&#8217;t as promised or advertised, the tech company still expects you to pay full price on these devices! For the latest iPhone 16\/Pro\/plus\/Pro Max this will be anywhere between \u00a3890 and \u00a31500. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apple now has promised that Apple Intelligence will be available from iOS 18.1. However, it won&#8217;t be the full AI implementation.
