To reach the destination, the car had to use the highway, where it reached speeds of 72mph! The autonomous delivery service is currently not available to everyone. The first step was automating the sorting process in the Gigafactory in Austin, Texas. Whenever the cars are coming off the production line, they will drive themselves to a parking spot until they&#8217;re collected by one of the customers or until they&#8217;re going on a truck to be delivered to a different location.
