Red Bull Stratos (2012):
Austrian skydiver Felix Baumgartner ascended approximately 39000 meters into the sky over New Mexico in a helium balloon. He then free-fell, becoming the first human to break the sound barrier without vehicular power. He reached a top speed of 1357.64 km/h. Red Bull Rampage (2024):
New Zealand’s Robin Goomes made history by becoming the first-ever women’s champion at this premier big-mountain freeride mountain biking competition in Utah. Her performance included a remarkable 12.5-meter drop, showcasing unparalleled skill and bravery. This bike race is not made for your everyday mountain bike. Mid-Air Plane Hook Maneuver (2024):
German skydiver Max Manow executed a never done before stunt over the Grand Canyon. He performed the world’s first mid-air plane hook maneuver. This involved free-falling into the gorge and grabbing a handle attached to a Cessna 182 Skylane piloted by Luke Aikins. However, this was not enough. When hooked to the plane, he ascended to nearly 2,500 feet and then safely skydived to a nearby cliff.
Red Bull X-Alps:
Dubbed the world’s toughest adventure race, athletes race over 1,000 kilometers across the Alps, combining hiking, paragliding, and mountaineering. The challenge of the race is noticeable! In some editions, only three out of 17 participants completed the race!
The 400 4TITUDE Challenge (2019):
Athletes sprinted 400 meters uphill on ski jumps with steep inclines. Jakob Mayer became the first to finish a Red Bull 400 race in under three minutes, setting a new benchmark for this intense event.
Red Bull Storm Chase (2012):
