Nintendo Direct 2025 has begun, and there have already been a lot of releases, announcements, and confirmations of rumors. However, one of the biggest announcements was a new Pokémon game that takes a very unique take on things! In addition to this, a new Mario movie has been announced as well. Pokopia, the latest addition to the Pokémon game universe!
In Pokopia, you’ll play as a Ditto that has transformed into your character. The goal is to build your own little village with the help of other Pokémon that will follow you on your journey. With every Pokémon you encounter and befriend, you’ll learn new skills and abilities.
The Animal Crossing-like Pokémon game has just been announced, so the release of the game will only be sometime next year. It is also not clear yet if it will come out for the original Nintendo Switch. We’re expecting the game to cost a little less than the big games like Pokémon ZA, but still be above £50. New Mario movie confirmed: “The Super Mario Galaxy Movie”
The new Pokopia game was not the only thing that was released during the Nintendo Direct event. They also announced the latest Mario Bros movie and released the title. The new movie will be called “The Super Mario Galaxy Movie”. This movie will come out next spring. If you enjoyed the first movie, you’re probably also going to enjoy the next one. If there is a movie after this one, we hope that Nintendo makes the title of it a bit easier!
When will it be released?
