For most people, 2025 is off to a great start, like Zendaya and Tom Holland, who are allegedly engaged. However, not everyone can say the same. Sam Altman, the CEO of openAI, was served with a sexual assault lawsuit earlier this week. It wasn’t by his partner or by one of his ex-girlfriends, but it was his own sister, Ann Altman, who filed the lawsuit. Keep on reading to discover more about the alleged claims of the sister!

Ann Altman, Sam Altman’s sister, is suing the OpenAi CEO for sexual abuse!

The lawsuit against Sam Altman claims that the OpenAI CEO has allegedly sexually abused her in the past. This would have happened in the period from 1997 to 2006 and would have started from the moment she turned 3 years old. At the time, Sam would have been 12 years old. The lawsuit was filed in Missouri Federal court, seeking damages exceeding $75,000 and a jury by trial.

Sam would have allegedly started with Oral sex and eventually also would have had penetrative sex with Ann when she was younger. According to Ann, Sam would do this multiple times per week, leading Ann into a depression that would continue in the future.

This is not the first time that Ann Altman has made these claims public. She has posted about this multiple times on social media platforms like X. However, this is the first time she has filed a lawsuit against her brother.

OpenAi CEO denies all claims and gets backed by his entire family!

Whenever a claim like this is made, the whole world tries to find the truth by reaching out to other family members. This time, the whole family of Sam Altman, including his younger brother, his mom, and his dad, denied these claims. They didn’t go into specifics to protect the privacy of their family and Ann Altman, too.

After stating that the allegations were “utterly untrue,” the family attributed the behavior and lawsuit to Ann’s mental health struggles. According to the family, Ann refuses to be helped with conventional treatment. Whenever someone is trying to genuinely help her, she will lash out at them!
