Lady Gaga has gone far beyond being a pop star. She’s appeared in multiple movies and shows already and recently people found out that she is joining yet another popular show! She apparently is making an appearance in the second season of Wednesday, the popular Netflix show. The cause of the collaboration? The viral mashup of one of her songs and Jenna Ortega’s iconic dance! Keep on reading to discover more about the new season!
Jenna’s Viral Dance was the cause of this collaboration
One of the most popular TikTok trends in the past few years has definitely been the Wednesday dance to Lady Gaga’s Bloody Mary. From people doing the trend by themselves in their homes to others recording it with a large group of people.

Because so many people now make a connection between Wednesday and the Lady Gaga song, the show decided to make Lady Gaga appear in the second season of Wednesday. At the moment they’re recording somewhere in Europe, however, Lady Gaga’s role is still unknown. Fans hope that she won’t just be a side character, but actually plays a bigger role in one of the episodes! If by some miracle you haven’t seen the video of her dance yet, then make sure to check it out below!
The original Scene in Wednesday didn’t use Gaga’s song
The clip originally went viral on TikTok showing people doing the same dance to Lady Gaga’s Bloody Mary song. Now most people make the connection between the song and the show. However, the Bloody Mary song was never used in the first season of Wednesday. So we must thank whoever made the viral clip of Jenna Dancing to Lady Gaga on TikTok for this collaboration in season 2. Let’s just hope that it is better than the second Joker movie, which Lady Gaga also starred in.
