After a short break, we were lucky enough to see our Formula One heroes battle it out on track once again. This time they raced the Las Vegas Grand Prix, and there was a lot at stake! The battle between Lando Norris and Max Verstappen still was undecided and Ferrari’s chances of becoming the constructor’s champions were still on the table. Even though Mercedes hasn’t been the best team this year, George Russell proved that he is worthy of an F1 seat! Keep on reading and discovering everything that happened.

George Russell Claims Third F1 Victory From Pole Position

Mercedes was looking good at the Las Vegas track last weekend. With multiple fastest laps during the free practice sessions from Lewis Hamilton, it would be a promising race for the Silver Arrows. However, it was George Russell who was able to take pole position after the qualifying sessions.

After an amazing race, George Russell was able to secure the win with Hamilton in second place, making it a Mercedes 1-2 podium for Mercedes, joined by Carlos Sainz who ended in third. Having won the Las Vegas Grand Prix, George now has 3 wins in his F1 career!

Max Verstappen Wins 4th World Title

For Max Verstappen, the race didn’t start as planned, as the team brought the wrong wing to the track. However, he showed his skills as a driver by finishing in 5th place on Saturday, ahead of championship Rival Lando Norris. This was the race that sealed the deal for this year’s Driver’s Championship with Max Verstappen securing his 4th consecutive world title.

Trouble in Scudderia Paradise!

Not everyone was as happy as George Russell and Max Verstappen. There was some trouble on the radio of the Ferrari team coming from Charles Leclerc. Both Ferraris were competing for third in the Las Vegas Grand Prix, however, the strategy was to keep Leclerc ahead of Carlos Sainz. However, Carlos Sainz finished third while Charles was mad that he was too nice about following team orders. Many thought this was Carlos Sainz showing off what he is capable of, before going to Williams in 2025!
