On September 5th, Cristiano Ronaldo played in a friendly game between Portugal and Croatia. Portugal won the game with a 2-1 end score. The first goal of the game was an own goal by a Croatian player. The same player recovered this goal in the 41st minute of the game.
However, in the 34th minute of the game, Cristiano Ronaldo scored as well. This second goal is what gave Portugal the win. For most fans, this was just another game-winning goal by Cristiano Ronaldo, however, it was much more than that! The goal against Croatia was Ronaldo’s 900th career goal, making him the first player ever to reach this many goals!

This 900th goal is just another way in which Ronaldo proves that he is one of the best players there will ever be. However, football is not the only place in which Cristiano is taking over!
