Star Wars is one of the most loved movie Franchises in the world. With more than 12 movies, and several shows, cartoons, and some games, it is by far the most popular space-themed franchise! The fans of the franchise just got access to the biggest Star Wars games of all time, Star Wars: Outlaws! Fans hoped that it would be one of the best games of 2024, but this might not be the case.

However, the reviews are not as amazing as you might expect! Many love the game, but it seems like there are equally as many not enjoying the game at all! We dug a bit deeper and discovered some of the reasons as to why.

Star Wars: Outlaws, The Biggest Open-World Star Wars Game

One of the biggest selling points of the new Star Wars: Outlaws game was the giant open world that you could go explore. It steers away from a storyline that you have to follow and allows you to interact with NPCs all over the world. You can visit different planets, each with their unique side quests. There is of course a main storyline, but the game has so much more to offer.

Overall the graphics during the game are smooth and look amazing. We can’t say it looks as nice as Black Myth: Wukong, however, it does not disappoint. For many people, this is where the positive aspects of the game stop…

Expected Fails From Ubisoft!

When the first gameplay trailer was released, a lot of fans already expected that Ubisoft would drop the ball on a number of things. For example, the facial expressions of the characters in the cutscenes are some of the worst in modern games.

Being able to immerse yourself into the game is a good way to make it better. By adding personalised characters or different options to play with, you give players the chance to choose. However, for some reason, Ubisoft decided that this game was fully focused and built around one female character. This turned off a big part of the male audience, which was reflected in the sales of the game.

Obviously these are the experiences of other people, and you have to make decisions by yourself. This is why we have included a YouTube video of someone who explains everything positive and negative about the game! Check it out below!
