What is the new Skate game about?
The new Skate game, which has been dubbed Skate 4 by many players, is the return of an award-winning franchise. The Skate trilogy finally has a new game to continue the legacy. The last game, Skate 3, was released in 2010, and there were no talks about another game. However, in the past few years, there have been rumors about a new game coming out and it is finally here! The new game is called EA Skate, instead of Skate 4, and will feature different cities and seasons where you can access all sorts of content. Are you completely new to the franchise? When can you play?
Skate will become available today, September 16th, on platforms like the PS5 and Xbox. In the UK, it was released around 6 pm, so you should be able to check out the game right away. While the game is out and playable, it is still an early access, so you might experience some bugs.
Do you have to pay for the game?
For once, we have gotten a classic game that is not hidden behind a paywall. You can download the game completely for free by just visiting the PlayStation or Xbox game store. However, do pay attention to what you’re getting, as there are two paid versions of the game as well. These paid variants will give you extra cosmetics you’re able to use in-game!
