If you’re a Britain’s Got Talent fan, then you’ve probably noticed that the 4th judge, Bruno Tonioli, hasn’t been in as many episodes as you’re used to. Another judge, KSI, has been sitting in his place for a couple of shows now. And there is a reason for it. Some rumors have been leaked that Bruno Tonioli has told Simon Cowel that he is no longer going to be a judge on the show. Keep reading to discover why, and who will be replacing him!
Bruno Tonioli Quits after just 2 seasons of the show!
Bruno Tonioli, the former fourth judge of the show, had loved the work in the UK, but last year he stated that due to scheduling issues, he would not be able to make it work. He is also a judge on the American show, Dancing With The Stars, and would not be able to make his schedule work for both shows. As a choreographer, his passion lies with the dancing show, while Britain’s Got Talent is a mix of everything.
KSI Might Take Over The Role
YouTuber Olajide Olatunji, better known as JJ or KSI, has been a guest judge on past shows and replaced Bruno Tonioli when he was unable to attend the recordings of these episodes. Both the other judges and the BGT crowd loved the appearances.
Who is KSI?
KSI started out his YouTube career by making videos of himself playing FIFA. This later evolved into real-life skits and videos with other YouTubers. Eventually, he and 6 of his friends started a YouTube channel called the Sidemen channel.
Over the past few years, all of them have been growing immensely, with KSI being the biggest of them all. He has one of the biggest online followings in the UK, with over 20 million subscribers on multiple YouTube Channels. However, he also has a successful professional boxing and music career and reaches people from all over the world. So, if KSI were to join the panel of permanent judges on the show, it would be a great way to attract younger fans of his to watch as well.
