Bentley Enters Its Electrified Era
The new Bentley Continental GT is the place where luxury, raw power, and electrified precision will meet. The W12 will be swapped for a Porsche-based twin-turbo V8 plug-in Hybrid, making the revamped grand tourer as much about performance as about sustainable evolution. The new Continental GT churns out a jaw-dropping 771 horsepower and 737 lb-ft of torque. In simple terms, the car can reach a top speed of 208 mph, the perfect autobahn cruiser.. However, for all its aggression, the 25.9 kWh battery delivers up to 39 miles of whisper-quiet electric driving—perfect for city cruising without sacrificing opulence. Bentley’s craftsmanship in combination with the hybrid GT is a clear statement: electrification doesn’t mean compromise. It means redefining what power, comfort, and prestige can look like.
Not Just Fast. Smart, Too!
Eventhough the numbers of the car sound intimidating when it comes to reaching top speeds, it offers more than just numbers! In addition to this, the new car comes with regenerative braking and adaptive drive models to ensure a smooth ride. However, an incredible amount of interior tech keeps the ride smooth and intuitive. There are still some rough edges, like inconsistent EV modes and minor electronic quirks, but the driving experience remains unmistakably Bentley: commanding, composed, and undeniably refined.
